HEBEI CITTI MESH CO.,LTD has finalised a 38-reference Welded Wire Mesh programme covering agricultural, construction and security applications: greenhouse welded mesh, 0.5 mm thick fine mesh, 4 gauge welded wire security fence, 10×10 to 50×50 GI plaster mesh, 2×4 horse panels and BWG14–16 stainless zoo mesh.

Welded at Every Intersection

The strength of welded mesh depends on weld integrity at each crossing point, not on wire gauge alone. CITTI Mesh welds on automated lines with controlled current and pressure, then tests weld shear on production samples. Panels are galvanised before or after welding depending on the specification, with post-weld galvanising preferred where cut ends are exposed to weather.

Finishing and Coating Options

Hot-dip galvanising after welding protects cut wire ends and weld points, which are the first places to corrode in a pre-galvanised panel. Electro-galvanising gives a smoother, more uniform surface for interior and plaster reinforcement work. PVC coating adds colour, abrasion resistance and a softer surface for animal contact, and is widely used on horse panels and garden mesh.
